Vendor applications are OPEN for Pride 2025!

**UPDATE: We've made some exciting changes this year!**

-Reduced pricing and higher visibility for Queer Makers and Queer-owned businesses. You'll receive special designation on our website and event program and a tent badge to hang on your tent so that folks can find you on festival day. DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR REDUCED PRICING IS AUGUST 15th.

-Interested in donating a portion of your proceeds towards the festival and to the Shenandoah LGBTQ Center? You decide an appropriate percentage that you'd like to donate. You'll receive special designation on our website and event program and a tent badge to hang on your tent so that folks can find you on festival day.

Briefly Explain Your Interest in Becoming a Vendor for Staunton Pride:

OPTIONAL: I am an LGBTQ+owned vendor or business. I would like my business/organization name designated as such on the Staunton Pride website and event program.

OPTIONAL: I am donating a portion of proceeds towards Staunton Pride/Shenandoah LGBTQ Center. I'd like my business/organization designated as such on the Staunton Pride website and event program.

By completing this registration form, you are NOT guaranteed the opportunity to become a vendor at the Staunton Pride Festival. All applications will be reviewed and sent a formal acceptance and invoice. The only guarantee of your opportunity to become a vendor at the Staunton Pride Festival will be after acceptance has been extended and payment is received. Acceptance and vendor spaces are non-transferable and non-refundable. The individual or company applying to become a vendor for Staunton Pride understands that an application may be denied for any reason at the sole discretion of those individuals and organizations running Staunton Pride. Furthermore, the individual or company waives all rights to legally pursue Staunton Pride, any individual working for or volunteering for Staunton Pride or any organization affiliated with Staunton Pride for any reason.
