All applications will be reviewed and sent a formal acceptance and invoice. The only guarantee of your opportunity to become a vendor at the Staunton Pride Festival will be after acceptance has been extended and payment is received. Acceptance and vendor spaces are non-transferable and non-refundable. The individual or company applying to become a vendor for Staunton Pride understands that an application may be denied for any reason at the sole discretion of those individuals and organizations running Staunton Pride. Furthermore, the individual or company waives all rights to legally pursue Staunton Pride, any individual working for or volunteering for Staunton Pride or any organization affiliated with Staunton Pride for any reason.
